Turn on FaceID in your device settings for faster re-authentication

Got logged out mid-flow? Log back into HomeStory Pro, then tap the SMS link again so the referral shows up

1. Enable FaceID for Easy Re-Authentication
If you’re prompted to log in while accepting a new client, enabling FaceID helps you get back in quickly.
- You can turn on FaceID during onboarding, or
- Enable it anytime in your device settings under FaceID & Passcode.
This ensures you can re-authenticate with just a glance, without needing to re-enter your password.
2. If You Get Interrupted While Responding to New Opportunities
Sometimes routing may be interrupted if you’re logged out during the process. If this happens:
- Open HomeStory Pro and log in with your account credentials.
- Return to the original SMS notification you received.
- Tap the link again to accept the referral so it appears in HomeStory Pro.
