Enabling Face ID Login (Recommended)
For quicker and more secure access to HomeStory Pro:
- On the login screen, check the "Enable Face ID" box.
- Tap "Allow" when prompted by your device.
This will allow you to log in with a simple glance at your phone in the future, saving time while maintaining security. If you didn't enable Face ID during login, you can still set it up later by going to your phone's Settings > Apps > HomeStory Pro > Toggle Face ID to "on".
HomeStory Pro Password Reset Process
If you've forgotten your password:
- Tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen to be redirected to the HomeStory web portal.
- Follow the instructions on the portal to reset your password.
- Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for the reset link from HomeStory.
