Viewing Your HomeStory Referrals
- Tap the second "Referrals" icon at the bottom of your screen.
- View all your current HomeStory referrals in a single organized list.
- Use the filter dropdown in the top-right corner to sort by status:
- All
- On Hold
- Active
- Pending
- Closed
- Inactive
Managing Referral Information
When you tap on a specific referral, you'll see their complete profile, including:
- Contact details (phone, email)
- Property preferences (buying/selling intent, location, price range, timeframe, etc.)
- Notes from previous conversations
- Current status and history
- Assigned loan officer information (name, contact)

- From the client profile, tap the blue "Update Status" button at the top of the screen.
- Select the new status from the available options.
