For agents who use a separate work phone number (like FUB), you can now copy the routing number from the app and use it with your preferred dialer.
How it works
When you receive a new lead:
- Accept the notification – You'll receive push and SMS notifications as usual
- Open the app and accept the lead – Tap to accept within the time window
- Copy the routing number – On the call screen, you'll see an option to copy the routing number
- Paste into your dialer – Switch to your work phone app and paste the number to make the call
Important reminders
- The number you call from must match the number listed under your Account page. You can update this number at any time by tapping “Change Settings on the Web” or logging directly into the web portal.
- You must still accept and call the lead within the time limit shown in your app. The timer starts when you receive the notification, regardless of which phone number you use to make the call.
