HomeStory Pro streamlines your workflow by letting you easily connect multiple accounts. With our app, you can easily toggle between your HomeStory account and Chase Agent Express account, keeping all your leads accessible in one place.
How Account Connections Work
HomeStory Pro lets you login and manage both your HomeStory account and your Chase Agent Express account from within the app. This connection gives you access to all your leads from one single tool.
Connecting Your Accounts
Step 1: Initial Login
- Open the HomeStory Pro app
- On the login screen, you'll see options for both HomeStory and Chase Agent Express
- Select which account you want to sign in with first
- Enter your credentials for the selected account
Step 2: Connecting Your Chase Agent Express Account
After logging into HomeStory, you'll be prompted to connect your Chase Agent Express account:
- From the Dashboard, look for the info card that says "Looking for your Chase Agent Express connections?"
- Tap "Connect Chase"
- You'll be directed to the Chase Agent Express login wall
- Enter your Chase Agent Express portal credentials
- Toggle "Enable Face ID" if you want to use biometric login in the future
- Tap "Log In"
Step 3: Accessing Your Connected Accounts
Once connected:
- Your Chase Agent Express experience will be separate from HomeStory
- You can view your network ranking for each account
- To toggle between profiles, tap on "Account" in the navigation bar
- On the Account page, you'll see all your connected profiles with checkmarks indicating active ones
- Tap on the profile you want to switch to

Q: Why do I need to log in separately to Chase Agent Express even though I'm using HomeStory Pro?
A: Chase Agent Express uses a separate authentication system that protects your clients’ personal information under Chase's security protocols while still giving HomeStory Pro access to the details you need.
Q: I forgot my Chase Agent Express password. What should I do?
A: On the Chase Agent Express login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and follow the instructions to reset your password. You'll need access to the email address associated with your Chase Agent Express account.
Q: Can I use Face ID/biometric login for both accounts?
A: Yes! When logging in to each account, make sure to enable the Face ID option. Once set up, you can use biometrics to quickly access either account.
Q: What happens if I disconnect my Chase Agent Express account?
A: You'll no longer see your Chase Agent Express connections in HomeStory Pro. Don't worry though - you can reconnect at any time by going to your Account tab and adding the profile again.
Q: I'm seeing an error when trying to connect my Chase Agent Express account. What should I do?
