Getting a new referral:
- When a new referral is matched to you we’ll send you a text message asking if you’re available to call the customer within the next 15 minutes.
- Please respond “Yes” or “No” to the text. (It’s OK if you’re not available. Texting us “No” has no impact on receiving future leads.)
- When you reply “Yes” we will send you the customer’s name and a little about them.
- Call the number that sent you the text, and we will connect you with the customer. Be sure to make the call within 15 minutes of receiving the text or we’ll automatically route the referral to another agent.
- After that initial call, we will text you with the customer’s info and a link to update their record in the online portal.
