You’ll be notified of a new referral via text message.
- The text will ask you if you are available to contact the customer in the next 10 minutes
- Responding "YES" to confirm your availability, you'll receive a follow-up text with the customer’s prequalification status, timeline, and price range, along with a reminder of the program’s terms.
- At the end of the text a clickable phone number is provided, allowing you to call them directly by clicking the number
*Your first contact to a referral received through this program should always be through the provided number at the end of the follow-up text.
