Paying The New Jersey Referral Fee

• The HomeStory referral fee includes the buyer’s rebate.
   
• The rebate amount will be paid to the buyer at the time of closing.
  
   
• The remainder of the referral fee will be paid to HomeStory via the instructions provided in the referral agreement.
