New Jersey Reward Process

Customers are eligible for a rebate. You must follow New Jersey state guidelines for your customer to receive a rebate. 

Please follow below steps:

1. Review New Jersey Guidelines At first meeting with your customer, you must complete the Buyer Agency Agreement with Rebate Provision, which you should get through your forms provider to ensure you have the latest version.

2. Inform mortgage lender of rebate agreement.

3. At the time of contract the following statement must be added to the contract under other 'Provisions' or 'Other Provisions', notifying all parties of the rebate being provided to the buyer:

"All parties shall be notified that the buyer will be receiving a credit on the closing docs based on the attached HomeStory schedule, as part of an Affinity Marketing relationship."
