If you cannot log in to your account because you have forgotten your password, or it is your first time logging in, please follow the steps below to set a new password:

Make sure you are on the correct login screen:
- HomeStory: portal.homestory.co/

Chase Agent Express: caeportal.homestoryrewards.com

On the login screen select the “Forgot Your Password?”
- You will be directed to a new screen.
- Input the email address you signed up for the program with and check the “I’m not a robot” box below the email address field.
- Next, click the “Send Reset Link” at the bottom of the page. This will redirect you to the main login page.
- Go back to your email and find the ‘Reset Link’ email-- Follow the instructions within the email to finish setting up your new password.

If you do not see a reset email in your inbox you may also need to check the Spam and Trash folders in your email account to see if the message appears.
HomeStory portal password requirements
Passwords used in the previous 24 hours can’t be reused.
Your password must contain all of the following:
- Minimum 12 characters
- Must contain at least 1 number
- Must contain at least 1 special character
- Must contain at least 1 lowercase letter
- Must contain at least 1 uppercase letter
