- Once a transaction closes you will go into the portal to update the status of the referral to “closed”
- Ensure all required documents are submitted promptly to avoid delays in processing your reward. No additional actions are needed from you if all submission requirements are met.

- Incentives related to closed transactions are issued approximately 45 days after our finance team receives all closing documents and payments from the assigned agent. The customer will receive several email updates regarding the progress on processing their reward, with a final email notification with a link to claim the reward.
Process Note: The agent must mark the referral as closed within the portal so that their customer can receive the close reward.
