There is no phone number on the referral.

If the referral is new and you have never contacted them before then the phone number will be hidden until you make your first contact using the "click to call" button. 

The phone number for active referrals within the portal can be found in 1 of 3 places:

1. In your initial referral confirmation email. 
2. Under the referrals name within the referral dashboard 
3. In the referral details page under their name
